COLDSKY.CN – Didi Chuxing received 10,130 complaints about drunk passenger in Q2 this year, about 12 cases one minute, among which 97.7 percent were lodged by the driver and 36.8 percent involved a male driver complaining against a male passenger.
Among the complaints, 364 cases concerned physical fight and 477 cases were related to sexual harassment. In the period, the cases of female passenger complaining a male passenger of sexual harassment dropped 42.9 percent year on year.
In 2019, the ride-hailing giant received 12 million complaints of uncivilized behaviours, 19 percent related to drunk passengers.
